First we will discuss the 2013 American Customer Satisfaction Index List then we will compare it JD Powers Car Dependability study and the Consumer Reports car dependability study to see how domestics and imports did. Ready? First here is the American Customer Satisfaction Survey results for 2013   1. Mercedes-Benz Mercedes jumped 4% over last year’s satisfaction ratings. 2. Lexus Lexus slipped slightly in its ratings compared to last year but continued to hold the No. 2 spot on the list.       3.
